Semi-custom wedding invitations allow you to create something truly beautiful for your big day. Choosing to use one of my pre-designed suites allows for a faster design experience that’s less expensive than designing custom invitations.

The Semi-Custom Design Process
First, we’ll jump on a call to discuss which semi-custom design and printing technique that you’re interested in. We can change any colors or information to better match your event. For semi-custom suites, no in-person consultation is needed.
Next, I’ll put together an estimate based on our initial conversation. Once the estimate is approved, you'll sign a contract and submit a 30% deposit to secure your wedding date on my calendar. Then we can officially get started!
Where is your wedding? What time does it start? How formal is it? I’ll provide a form with questions like these to help me determine what type of wording is needed for your suite. I’ll also provide a Google Sheet template for all your guests’ addresses.
Now it’s my turn and when the fun really starts! I’ll begin designing your semi-custom wedding suite around your event using all the details we chatted about. I offer three rounds of design revisions, which includes the final proof.
Once we’re feeling good about everything, I’ll send you a final design proof. This is when you, your partner, your parents, and your wedding planner can make sure that everything from the event details to spelling of your names is perfect. Then we head into production!
Once produced, I offer services to assemble, stamp, and mail out all of your invitations for you. If you prefer to mail them yourself, I can hand them off to you for assembly.
After your invitations have been mailed, we can discuss any day-of design pieces that you'd like for the big day. We’ll set up another call to discuss what you need, and I’ll put together an estimate for any additional pieces.
I recommend booking me at least 8 months ahead of your event. Once you have a vision for your big day, go ahead and schedule a consultation!
Save the dates should be sent out 8 to 10 months before your wedding and invitations 10 to 12 weeks before your wedding.
My favorite question! I offer flat printing, foil press, thermography, and embossing. You can do a combo of these or just one, with each varying in cost.
The turnaround time for semi-custom designs is only a couple of weeks. We typically start the design process about a month ahead of going into production.
For digital printing, production takes 3 weeks, For specialty printing, like thermography, letterpress, foil, or embossing, production usually takes 5 weeks.
I know that canceling an event is not an easy decision, but I ask that you let me know ASAP. The retainer isn’t refundable but it can be put towards a future project.
