Colorful Art Nouveau wedding invitation suite

A Museum-Worthy Wedding

Amanda and Celeste’s wedding took place at the National Women’s Museum of Art in Washington, D.C., so their suite was designed to feel like part of the gallery itself. Drawing inspiration from stained glass windows, specifically Peacocks and Peonies II by John La Farge, the stationery embraced the organic, flowing forms of the Art Nouveau movement.

A bold, playful color palette mirrored the day’s florals and brought the artwork to life on paper. Three-color letterpress printing on invitations and tone-on-tone printing techniques on detail all came together to create a look and feel that felt vibrant, intentional, and worthy of any gallery wall.
